What does it mean that the Feb 21st event format remains to be determined?

Ok, sorry let me re-phrase my question. Will the location be Marana Airport regardless of the format? Or does format mean event location?

So I'm getting married on March 14th, and when I mentioned that the March event was on the 15th I got 'The Look'. So I'm not participating I gather, I'm just thankful that the April event doesn't conflict with the race in Long Beach.
