Where can I find the Rallycross event calendar for 2019?
5 Dec 2018
I just picked up a beater Miata for Rally-X and Auto-X. I cant seem to figure out what class its supposed to be in. 1993 Miata 1.6L. It has aftermarket RPF1 15x8 (i think) wheels, 225 width tire, racing beat rear sway bar and a cat back exhaust. Was told it has a torsen style limited slip differential but I have not verified yet.

Is there a 2018 Solo2 event schedule available yet?

Hello everyone!

How about a little history to start out...
In January 2016 I moved to the West Valley from Green Bay Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Central WI & Fox Valley Clubs) and have been autocrossing off and on since I was 16 (now 34) in three different cars. During those years I participated in multiple track days and autocross events at US Air Raceway (Shawano, WI), Blackhawk Farms (Beloit, IL) and Road America (Elkhart Lake, WI).

I spent roughly 12 years in the Marine Corp (Reserves) and, until recently, was working as a technician (aka grease monkey) at two Chevrolet dealerships (about 12 years). In August of this year I accepted a job at the Toyota Arizona Proving Grounds. I also work on the side a half dozen times a year for a couple stage rally teams that compete in the Rally America series (car 660 and 510).

Now that I have time to breath on the weekends the motorsports itch is getting really bad. I see that you have an event coming up next week at the Arizona Motorsports Park and would like to get out there and knock the dust off.

Here are my questions...
How many cars usually turn up for these events?
How many runs does each participant receive during an event?
Are ride alongs acceptable (with proper helmet of course)?

Can't wait to get the ole' girl back out on the tarmac!!
