Join us for the first autocross of the 2014-2015 season at Bondurant on their school skid pad. This will be a Porsche-Corvette Challenge but all marques are welcome. A couple of differences from SCCA, first we will run three different courses during the day. Fast time from each course will count toward overall time for the day. Second, no passengers (except PCA instructors) are permitted. Lastly, this event will be single laps (no flying laps), likely 4 runs per course for a total of 12 for the day. $40 if you pre-reg otherwise $50 at the event. Gates open at 7am. Limited number of loaner helmets. Hope to see you there.

Registration link: https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/autocr...-arizona-735080

Remaining 2014 AutoX dates are Oct 19, Nov 23, Dec 14 at the Bondurant School pad.
2015 AutoX dates are 1/18, 2/15 (tentative based on NHRA schedule), 3/21, 4/18 and 5/9

Sorry I have to miss this one due to other conflicts...Should be a fun event.

Anyone interested in FUN day of autoX in a low key environment should attend. Lots of good people!

I agree. The Corvette Club events are actually my favorite type of event . We should have a good turnout when all is said and done.

It does not look like the weather is going to be too good Saturday. I hope it turns out like the hurricane forecast did and it does not rain on us too much.

As Dave mentions the weather tomorrow is looking a bit more iffy and we also hope the forecast will prove inaccurate. If we have simply light to moderate rain to deal with the event will occur, in the case of severe wind/rain, thunderstorms, hail etc the event will be cancelled and rescheduled.

However, if we cancel the event before gates open at 7am we will make that decision at 5 am tomorrow morning. We are reaching out to folks that have signed up with contact email information from motorsports. If your contact information with motorsports is not up to date or if you have not signed up and planned to just show up tomorrow morning to register and run please contact me before hand. Cell is 480 231 9315.

Good job getting this event finished early before the rain. I got home 15 minutes ahead of a severe thunderstom /gully washer. Fun event even if slightly shortened.
