Wheels/Suspension:
MB (Discount Tire house brand) gunmetal/machined accents, 16x6.5 4x100 +45et 73mm hub bore

Koni adjustable shocks (yellows) fits all pre-07 MINI except some early production 02.

Fronts are single (rebound adjustable)
Rears are double (rebound and compression adjustable)
Will work with factory springs, JCW springs, and stock-diameter lowering springs; these are NOT threaded-collar coilovers and will NOT work with 2.5 or 2.25 inch diameter “race” springs. Sale includes shock dyno plots. Used for approximately 70k mi; rears have been rebuilt/serviced once since new.

Wheel hub/bearings (all four corners)(used) with long (60mm) M12x1.5 studs and spline-drive forged aluminum open-ended nuts. Fits all 02-06 MINI. These were removed from car at approximately 80k mi.

Service Items:
Bolt that retains the front lower control arm bushing assembly to the body. Probably fits all 02-06 MINI. These are torque-to-yield bolts that are supposed to be replaced after one use.

MINI OEM oil cooler for R53 (used). I removed this thinking it leaked; turned out to be o-ring seals that MINI dealer “repaired” with silicone.

This is a SCCA Solo event that's part of a new series with a different format. Details and links to register are here:

It is sorta like a hyrid of a regular Solo event and a Pro Solo. Class competition on Saturday and Sunday morning and then a bracket system on Sunday afternoon to crown overall winners. YOU DON'T NEED A CLASS THAT ATTRACTS LOTS OF PARTICIPANTS for there to be plenty of competition and with this format there is potential for MORE RUNS than a superregional, national tour, or even the national championship event. This will be more like a local event that uses RTP/PAX so that the pool of competition extends beyond single classes. As a bonus, if you're running in RT you get .975 to put you on equal footing with classes that allow race tires!

The local UT guys behind this event are super nice guys and know how to put on an event that will be fun for everyone. St. George is only 6hrs away so you'll be back home Sunday night and well rested at work Monday. With 3.2 beer, Sunday morning hangover won't be that bad either. Cool weather and cheap hotels too. Something Bernie said in the other thread got me wondering if SCCA gods did provide guidance or clarification on how to properly calculate indexed times. The only example I can find is in the Match Tour rules. Given layperson's understanding of how significant digits works, the SCCA god's example seems wack. Of course there is no clarification on converting times to percentage of fastest time with the 1000 pt scale used for championship scoring. Looks like it's up to regions to establish their own policy and have hair splitting arguments about accuracy v. precision etc.
