Asking on this forum because there are more S2000 drivers at your events. I have a completely stock 2004 S2000 except that I installed the K&N FIPK cold air intake on it. It now sounds much louder than with the stock air box and I am wondering if it is too loud to pass a sound check at AMP? Is there anyone running a similar car with a similar CAI at AMP who has passed the sound check?
Any helpful information greatly appreciated.

I have the same intake and so does Kate F. It does change the sound level, but no issue passing sound based on intake alone.
