I knew I hit a cone on my fastest run. But, they said it was a clean run?

It already had a crack, but the cone made it a hole.

It's been about 8 years since I've autocrossed, and want to start back up again. I had a 93 Ford Probe V6 with mods that barely put me out of stock class. I did have the rear interior removed, so that bumped me all the way up to EP (w/ 2 DSP mods). I actually had another competitor in that class, a Datsun 510. I now have another 93 Ford Probe V6 (even the same color). I have some questions about car class…

STS: All my mods fit in this class except for 1-2 maybe…
I have a J-spec intake manifold; it's not aftermarket, does that count? And the heads are port matched to the different shape of the runners with no other porting (gasket matching porting); does that count as headwork?

I would assume so (and I plan on getting an aftermarket clutch/flywheel), and it would move me to…

DSP: Again I removed the back seats, but not the interior. I would rather stay in this class with someone to race against, instead of racing myself in EP. I know everyone is going to say "put the seats back in", but I have other plans.
Seats/Brackets 36 lbs, Spare Tire/Jack 32.5 lbs: 3.5 lbs difference but farther back (p.s. I did add sound deadening to the back of the interior panels, which added some weight.)

So my main question is, to everyone else who runs DSP (and Officials) would it be OK to leave in the tire/jack and run in DSP with you?

p.s. I have RX7 rims on the car 16x8 (stock 16x7) with stock 225/50/16 tires. Does that have any affect on my classing?
