*Unofficial* results for the October 7th event at AMP are available for viewing: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/170f...dit?usp=sharing

Please post any corrections that you're aware of into this thread.

With Jeff W being out of town, it'll likely be a couple weeks before official results are posted.

If this is essentially a copy of "Live Timing", in the times listed are the penalties already added?

The times in the Raw sheet do not include adjustments for penalties - that sheet's only included as a reference for the other sheets and for folks to double-check their raw times and penalties. However, the times in all of the other sheets are adjusted for penalties.

I'm hoping to get class results posted this evening. Sorry this is a little different than the way Jeff normally does it, but with him being out, it'll have to do until he's available to post the official results to the site.

In PAX 1 there is another 2014 BRZ that is listed as a DS car but that is a CS car if it's stock like mine. Can you change their class? It is Aaron Chiandet's car.

Actually that car is DS if it does not contain the noted below, and CS if it does..

Because I didn't register online and have bad handwriting my name appears as "Dar" in the results.

Eric Oshrin should be in BS, this where a 2006 Porsche Cayman S (non S) would be classified.

Moved Edmundo to GS and Eric to BS since his Cayman S is a 2006.

Left Aaron's car in DS since I don't believe he has the performance pack based on his previous posts. Aaron, if you see this, it would be great if you could confirm.

I wish I had the performance pack, I didn't even know they offered it on pre 17 MY cars. Or did you retro-fit yours with these parts?

If we're talking Sachs dampers, stiffer bars and Brembo brakes, that's definitely not my car. Sorry for any confusion.

Just for clarification from the rules gurus, if a manufacturer offers a performance package on a new car and someone buys it and puts it on an earlier model year, wouldn't that earlier model year car move to Street Touring or a Street Prepared class?

For even more clarification, just for arguments sake, if someone has a 2016/2017 MX-5 that wasn't purchased with the Brembo brake package, can someone buy the Brembo calipers and slap them on the car and stay in C Street? Do they also have to put on the other add-ons that were included in the original package?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not a rule guru... but my understanding is for the first questions, yes, you'd have to go to a SP or ST class. Which leads to question 2, if they slapped the same brembo calipers on and that was the only difference, they'd be fine. If there were other changes besides the calipers, they'd have to do those changes as well to stay in stock, unless the rule book says otherwise. (aka things like shocks and whatnot that stock is allowed to change)

Dave is correct on both points.

Option had to be Factory-installed, not dealer-installed on the year in question. There are a few “ trunk kits” that have been offered from a factory, but very few. (Parts from the factory uninstalled, but delivered in the trunks to buyers).

And, every item of a package must be changed, not just some items. Brian Peters had done this when he had a Mustang GT and he made it into a Shelby.
