No, all the roads are not clear, the Grapevine is shut down due to snow and I am spending the night north of the shutdown. It should be open tomorrow morning. I may have to go over the Tehachapies through Barstow to Kingman and work my way down. Oh well, I'll get there.

Oh great, now I'm responsible for California too? ph34r.gif My "wheelhouse" is pretty much Sierra Vista, Tucson, Phoenix, and Prescott. On a good day I might include Flagstaff.

That, and you used a number of words new to me........"Tehachapies", "Grapvine", but Barstow and Kingman are a little more familiar. So I went looking.

Sorry, but Google Maps Traffic disagrees with you. And we all know, Google knows more than God, so it's never wrong. Showing no traffic disruption at this time, so man up, put on those chains, and motor on. rolleyes.gif wink.gif tongue.gif

(Be safe, be smart, and get the hell out of California, would ya'?)

See you Sunday at AMP. cool.gif (PS: What's "snow"?)

I just checked the Highway Patrol Computer Dispatch log and the road was opened at 4:13PM California time. So, according to the local weather reports now, I should be Ok tomorrow morning.
