The link to the minor waiver is broken in the Novice Guide.
Will these be available at registration?

Thanks

And another comment on minor waivers, we do require both parents/guardians and the minor to sign it in front of an scca witness. The form also has to be printed in color. Let me know if you have any questions!

This is only for minors to actually be on course correct? As in it is not needed to spectate?

Correct... they cannot be passengers or be in the hot grid area unless we have a minor waiver for them. But they are allowed to be on site and stay in the spectator area.

I thought that for a Minor to be anywhere on site that they needed to have the waiver in place.

Well, apparently this has changed. However, equally sure we do not adequately identify "Cold" areas.

Long story short, any kid without a wristband cannot be anywhere near staging, pits, or other active areas. And, who watches the child when mom and dad are out running their car or working? There can be no unsupervised children at any car event. Trouble waiting to happen. My opinion.

We do identify hot and cold areas. It's been discussed in the driver's meeting the last 2 events.
