The next SSCC event will be at BDI using a combination of the old and new surfaces that will allow us to have a longer course and have more than one car on course at a time.

Online registration is active.

We will meet, stage and start near the hangar located at the NW corner of the new surface. Hope to see everyone there. Driver's meeting at 9:30.

Looking forward to the new pavement and larger course to test the latest setup!

This will be good practice for the Marana Airport (May 16th) event too! ph34r.gif

Fun, fast, lots of runs, good surface(s)... all you could ask for was a little less wind. Thanks for putting on a great event!

Thanks everyone for coming out. Lots of fun as always. Too bad it took me 8 runs to work out all the issues. Last run was 97.xxx(corrected from 87.xxx), why couldnt I had done that on the ones that count? blink.gif

How can you top this? With fastest car time of 97 seconds and concrete + awesome asphalt not sure how you will!

Thanks for a great event/day. I'll post a video when I get them sorted/edited.

Thanks Doug, for letting me drive your car. It really has power, but I expected that, The surprise was the traction. Felt like it could stop from 60 in about 3 feet! I guess I need more tire!

Alan, I think you need to check you rear alignment, your rear tires, or maybe get a different swaybar setup. I am not sure you car should have been as loose through that slalom as it was. I have no idea on the rear alignment specs for a miata, but I am sure other would chime in and help.
