So we just choose like a normal event and no TO runs? Past special events have done 2 run groups on in the morning. Change the course or run it backwards and the same 2 run groups run in the afternoon. Just trying to make it clear for everyone.

Unless I misunderstood Elliott, we are going to run this special event as though it was a regular event (in terms of registration and run groups), so, until I am corrected, signup just like you would for any other event.

This might have been the one event that I would have came back for... However, it's on the Sunday after I work all night Saturday. I'd have to take 24hrs of vacation time to be able to attend this one. Probably a good thing then I guess.
This is the best venue that I've attended as far as autox is concerned. What a blast!
I look forward to the pictures!

First I thought it was the normal $30 for a summer event and then I added $15 for my TOs.
lol
Maybe I can get credit for a later event?

Giving you credit should no problem, we just have to keep track of payment (and I am not sure how I want to do that right now. However, maybe our treasurer would prefer a refund for the difference. If Beth doen't post her, I will send her a PM and ask her what she wants to do. One way or the other, we can make it right (does Paypal do refunds without charging either party?).

Paypal allows a no charge refund if it is done within a time limit. I think that may be 30 days.

OK, we could really use more people to sign up so the event can flow smoothly. The course takes a lot of workers, and currently we are a little iffy for four run groups. If you know somebody who hasn't attended lately, or normally doesn't attend Phoenix events (Tucson people, I am referencing you)

, suggest they attend. The registration fees are very low, the course will be a blast, and the weather relatively cool.
