3.    Discussion of costs for Fall and Spring series – Steve E – 5 min
     a.    Steve has done calculation for new event location, which is more expensive.
     b.    Looks like if we increase fees to $40, (+$10) and TOs to $20 (+5) we would be very close to break even.
     c.    Idea is to keep conservative for the new site.
     d.    Motion to increase entry fee to $42 (club gets $40) and Tos to $20. Seconded and unanimously passed.

4.    National Tour recap – Kevin V – 5 min
     a.    Made a little money on the event. Just got reimbursed.
     b.    Amp patched course cracks.
     c.    Kathi volunteered to encourage local participation in the tour.
     d.    Feedback from SCCA was positive.
     e.    Scott Urich stepped up to put on practice runs. Went much better than the first time.
     f.    Ben was tech chief.

5.    Plans for AMP staff thank you gifts – Kevin V – 5 min

6.    Edit MSR, forum and website to reflect Phoenix Raceway– Kim K, Mike H and Morgan L – 5 min
     a.    MSR seems OK, but website and forum still have lots of stuff about amp.
     b.    Make change to PR after April.
     c.    Registration wants to keep guest registration so they have an opportunity to do the speedwaiver in advance. But other guests can still come if they want.

7.    Plans for Phoenix Raceway shakedown event – Kevin V – 10 minutes
     a.    Plans for waiver and registration (location and process) discussed.
     b.    4 run groups of 30, no TOs, similar requirements to track events
     c.    Priority for people who run the event, next people who help out more and are experienced, third priority are people with autocross experience, 4th priority  people with less experience but accept possible issues.
     d.    Lance proposes invite basis for registration. If people decline, we can fill with people who register on their own.
     e.    Decided easiest way is normal pre-registration, then open to everyone. Motion to go this way made, unanimously passed.
     f.    Need replacement novice chief. Ron will work on it. Maybe Chris Simon.

8.    Equipment update, planning for move to Phoenix Raceway – Ben Z – 10 min
     a.    Need ~125 cones pretty soon.
     b.    PODs – Don’t want storage of gas in pods. Will need to transport the gas separately.
     c.    Could switch to electric blowers. But still need the generator.
     d.    Tim will bring fuel for generator.
     e.    Plan to load storage container starting May 1, drop off on the 9th.
     f.    Request for club to buy lunch for people to help load pod. Ben authorized to do it.

     a.    Potential for trackcross event on the Firebird west track in November when we have a gap in events.
     b.    Cost for track is $4000. Unclear if it comes with the wrecker and ambulance.
     c.    Request for Brian to get hard numbers and details about parking/paddock etc.

10.    Visitor policy: Any changes needed? – Mike H – 5 min
     a.    Keep registering guests to allow for speedwaiver, but no guest list anymore.

11.    Registration update: How has increasing the number of drivers to 160 impacted the waitlist? – Mike H – 5 min
     a.    Rain event (last one) was short of numbers.
     b.    Other events have either eliminated waitlist or made waitlist almost zero.
     c.    Right now we have 160 registered and 8 on waitlist. Expectation is that waitlist will dwindle to zero. Looks like the driver increase is working.
